Indoor Bowls
The indoor bowls season commences in September and runs until May. Currently bowls nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7.15pm, these nights are members only, however some Saturday nights are used for social bowls and a green fee can be paid on that night.
Outdoor Bowls
The outdoor bowls season commences in May and runs until the end of August, Tuesdays and Thursdays are the nights from 7pm and bowls are also played on Saturday afternoons from 3pm. New members welcome.

Two teams were entered for the Cork zone league which was sponsored by AIB. This league consisted of eight sections and over fifty teams competing. One of the teams was successful in their section, but sadly went no further in the play offs. The other team also did well in their section.
Several members entered the IIBA Championships (Cork Zone). Congratulations to Miss Hazel Payne on winning the ladies singles and to Paddy Barry for winning his section in the National singles.
Throughout the season there are many licensed competitions run by various clubs. The standard in these events are highly competitive and standards of play are improving all the time.
Bowls is one of the few games that can by played by all ages. New members are always welcome.
