Ladies 1sts Qualify for Club Championships
CI first team ladies travelled to Rosbrien in Limerick to take on Galway Ladies on Saturday last to see who would qualify for the final Club Championship position.
In what was always going to be a tight affair CI were made to work extremely hard for their 1-0 victory.
CI captain Sandra Hackett proved to be the match winner when she scored from a penalty corner mid way through the second half.
They now go forward to play in the Club Championships in Lisnagarvey in mid May.
